وقال الكاتب الذي يقطن بمدينة غزة المحاصرة والتي تعاني الأمرين جراء تواصل الغارات والقصف بشتى أنواعه بالإضافة لما يعانيه سكان المدينة من الجوع وافتقار كل مايلزم للحياة البشرية؛ مايلي ..

(رسالة إلى المجتمع الدولي ومحكمة العدل الدولية) :

هذه شهادة مني أنا الروائي والقاص الفلسطيني يسري من مدينة غزة إلى محكمة العدل الدولية وجميع مؤسسات حقوق الإنسان وأحرار العالم.

عادت قوات الاحتلال الصهيوني مجددا إلى تهديدنا بالنزوح كراهية إلى مدينة دير البلح بحجة أننا في منطقة قتال، علماً أننا في مكان لا يوجد به أي عسكري ونعاني الفقر، بينما تعاني دير البلح القصف كل لحظة، ومساحة قطاع غزة 365 كيلو متر مربع فقط، ومدينة دير البلح صغيرة جدا لا تكفي النازحين الموجودين فيها الآن، فما بالكم لو ذهبنا إليها، وإنني أؤكد لكم أن رسالة الاحتلال هي مقدمة إلى ارتكاب ابادة جماعية لنا في مدينة غزة تحت مبررات ملفقة من أنهم يقومون بتحذيرنا لأجل تقديم تلك المبررات إلى محكمة العدل والجهات المختصة.

إنني أطالب محكمة الجنايات الدولية والمحاكم المختصة والصحفيين الدوليين للحضور إلى قطاع غزة لمتابعة الظروف غير الانسانية التي يعيشها سكان القطاع، بالإضافة إلى انتهاك حقوق الإنسان وممارسة الإبادة الجماعية. ونود إعلامكم أنه لا يوجد في غزة وأماكن تواجدنا أي عسكري، ونأمل منكم الحضور إلى مدينة غزة بكامل أحيائها للتأكد من صحة من كتبته.

إنني أحمل دولة إسرائيل وجيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي مسؤولية حمايتي وعائلتي وجيراني ومخيمي وكامل أحياء قطاع غزة المدنية المسالمة لأننا لا نحمل المال ولا يوجد مواصلات ويتم استهداف السكان الذين يذهبون إلى دير البلح سيرا على الأقدام، الأمر الذي يؤكد ارتكاب الاحتلال إبادة جماعية. وأحمل محكمة العدل الدولية تهاونها في عدم إدانة إسرائيل بانتهاك الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان واتفاقيات جنيف الرابعة وغيرها من الاتفاقيات، ولدي الشواهد كلاجئ يعيش في مخيم الشاطئ.

يا أحرار العالم قفوا مع الأبرياء في غزة كي لا يصبح العالم غابة بلا نظام حماية أو قانون.

A letter to the international community, the International Court of Justice, human rights' organizations and the free people of the world.

This is a testimony from the Palestinian fiction writer Yousri Alghoul to international community, the International Court of Justice and all human rights' institutions and the free people of the world.

I am one of many witnesses to the horrors of the conditions in Gaza as a Palestinian living in the Shati refugee camp.

The Israeli Occupation Forces is threatening us again to move to the city of Deir al-Balah, under the pretext that we are in a fighting area, knowing that we are in a place where there are no Palestinian combatants and we suffer from poverty, lack of food, aid, water and are living in inhumane conditions. They want us to move to Deir al-Balah, which suffers from continuous carpet bombing. TheGaza Strip is only 365 square kilometers, and the city of Deir al-Balah is very small and there is not enough space for the displaced people who live there right now. We know that if we go there, we will die.

The occupation’s leaflets are nothing but a pretense of a warning to use as justification to the International Court of Justice to continue to commit genocide in Gaza City. We do not have any money and have no access to transportation, and the residents who go to Deir al-Balah are targeted by snipers and tanks while escaping on foot, confirming the perpetration of the occupation. Genocide.

We would like to inform you that there are no soldiers in Gaza in our location, and we hope that you will come to Gaza City and visit all its neighborhoods to ensure the correctness of what I wrote. I call the International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice, human rights' organizations and international journalists to come to the Gaza Strip to witness the inhumane conditions experienced by the residents of the Gaza Strip, in addition to the violation of human rights and the deliberate killing of innocent civilians and the genocidal practices of the Israeli army.

I charge the State of Israel and the Israeli Occupation Forces with genocide, ethnic cleansing and war crimes.

I hold the international community responsible for my protection and that of my family, my neighbors, my refugee camp and all the peaceful civilian neighborhoods of the Gaza Strip.

I hold all the countries who have the power to intervene and have not, responsible for their complacency in not stopping Israel in its genocidal campaign and war crimes and failed to hold them accountable for violating human rights, the Geneva Convention and international law.

I am asking all the free people of the world, please stand with the innocent people of Gaza, speak up and protest so that the world does not become a dystopian society without humanity and rule of law.
